To register your plant:
1. Check your plant for a Living House Care Tag - on the back of the tag there will be a care tag code. This is the code you would use to register your plant
2. Take this code, and visit www.livinghouse.ca/register-my-plant
3. Enter your care tag code and fill out all the required info on the form
4. Once you get a success message then you have successfully registered your plant!
If your care tag code does not register, it usually means that it was entered incorrectly. Please ensure that you have entered the correct care tag on the back of your plant tag. Sometimes 0's and O's and I's and 1's can look similar so please double check your code.
The plant registration code consists of a few letters followed by a dash and an alphanumeric code (eg: ABC-0X0X0X0X0). It can be found on the plant care tag that comes with select plants from our Living House collections.
The benefits of registering your plant with a care tag code include receiving personalized care instructions, access to expert advice, and the ability to track your plant's growth and health. Additionally, registering your plant allows you to participate in the Living House community, where you can share your plant care experiences and learn from others.
