Frizzle Sizzle: The Plant Having a Curl Crisis

Meet the Frizzle Sizzle, the botanical equivalent of bedhead with confidence. Its bright green spiral leaves twist, curl, and twirl like they just heard a really good song. Small, weird, and ridiculously charming, this little plant brings instant personality to desks, shelves, windowsills, and anywhere that could use a bit of leafy drama.

Frizzle Sizzle
Sun
Bright light is best. Place it near a sunny window where it gets lots of indirect light, with a few hours of gentle direct sun if possible. More light helps keep those curls tight and quirky.
Water
Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Do not let it sit in water. During active growth, usually fall through spring, keep it lightly watered. In summer, it may go dormant and lose some leaves; water much less during that time.
Temperature
Best kept between 60–75°F / 16–24°C. It can handle cooler temperatures down to around 40°F / 4°C, but avoid frost. Keep it away from freezing drafts and extreme heat.
If the curls start relaxing or stretching out, it probably wants brighter light. More sunshine, more sizzle.
